August Budget-Did we meet our budget goals for living in an expensive city?

So August is over, and the question for August is did we meet our budget goals? We made $4100. However we spent $4688. We had to dip into our savings to make up for the difference. We had $1740 in our savings, so now we have $1152 in total in our savings after August. Here is the breakdown of our budget for August:
